Payment & Ordering- Full payment is required upfront before work begins.- Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received.- Prices include limited revisions as stated in the revision policy.Revisions- Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketch/rough phase (initial sketches without watermark).- After sketch approval, only minor revisions (small changes) are permitted. Major revisions require additional fees.- Extra revisions beyond the agreed terms will incur extra charges.Copyright & Usage- The artwork created is owned by me as the creator.- Clients receive a personal use license for non-commercial purposes only.- Commercial use requires an additional commercial license fee, at least double the base price.- Tracing, redistributing, or reuploading the artwork without permission is prohibited.Turnaround & Deadlines- Estimated turnaround depends on project complexity, typically 1–4 weeks.- If delays occur on my side, I will notify promptly and offer a refund or rescheduling option.- If clients delay providing feedback, turnaround time will be adjusted accordingly.Cancellation & Refunds- Cancellations before sketch work can receive a full or partial refund based on progress.- After sketch approval, refunds are only granted in cases of force majeure.- Unilateral cancellations without valid reasons will not receive refunds.Artwork Protection- The artwork is protected under copyright law.- Unauthorized use may result in legal action.Collaboration with Studios / Companies- Collaboration requests from game studios, publishers, or companies will be negotiated separately.- Copyright and licensing will be arranged in a separate contract.- I reserve the right to decline collaborations that do not align with my values or capacity.FAQQ: Can I request unlimited revisions?
A: Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketch phase only. After approval, only minor revisions are permitted. Major changes will incur additional fees.
Q: Can I use the artwork commercially?
A: Commercial use requires purchasing an additional license as agreed.
